Task 2: Agile Processes (Overview)

 What is Agile?

Is a iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches.

Agile is about being responsive to the market and to the customer by responding quickly to their needs and demands and being able to change direction as the situation demands.

Looking at how the DUT management has handled thing the past years, specifically from the year 2020 till today year 2022 the Agile process would work perfectly because the management can be very slacking on many thing such as, dealing with online learning, online registrations and also trying to meet all the students demand at the same time.

Adopting to Agile would help them know about how to respond to urgent matter and avoid students strikes and overload of work for the staff.

NB: be it IT or software development or any other field where there is a flow of work and delivery of work product, Agile methods are applicable.

Overview of Agile Methodology

Agile methodology are approaches to product development that are aligned with the values and principles described in the agile manifesto for software development. Agile methodologies aim to deliver the right product with incremental and frequent delivery of small chunks of functionality through small cross functional self organizing teams enabling frequent customers feedback and course correction as needed.

Agile Processes basically showing how                                                                    agile processes work.
